Weird but after just one day of limited and very careful eating, I dropped my weight back again to 160.8, which is lowest (by .2 lbs) I've been since Jan. 1, 2014, and lowest in 2 years. Today I'm trying hard to be good as well and am completely back to "no white stuff" again. We'll see where this goes. Am I simply having too much sodium in my diet (unintentional) and retaining water or am I eating too much? I suppose this might simply be normal a fluctuation experienced when you weigh daily which can drive you crazy. Oh well, as long as the scale goes in the right direction, who cares. Other than that, not much is new except hubby and daughter away for 14 and 10 days respectively, leaving my son and me to fend for ourselves. This will make eating easier and less complicated (I hope).
I am so grateful that Environment Canada is now saying plus 0 temps by next Wed. This is day 6 of their 7 day forecast, so maybe they're just teasing us again like they've been doing, but it could be true. Just got a text from my husband who is driving "down south" telling me that it was -6 C in Fargo ND this morning, so maybe the warmer temp "down south" will slowly work it's way up here.
