If I stick to my plan I will be ok on Carbs today:) My neck is still bothering me (just a little more yesterday) Theresa had me roll a tennis ball between my right shoulder and spine against the wall before our pilates session. It helped to lossen me up and felt very good in a painful way. Today I have planned the CRT class at LTF. I may just do the treadmill or bike today we will see how I feel after work this morning. On Friday I have my personal training session with Theresa, I will go in early and put in some time on the treadmill before our session. Then on Saturday I will go to yoga basics hopefully this will help loosen up my neck and right shoulder/back area. I do not have a chiropractic appointment untill next Friday.
