Ok, so today I went to eat at Applebees with co-workers. Well I have not eaten not one thing (that I remember) that was not healthy or fit into my change of eating. So, today I allowed myself to have the most sinful dessert (oh yes I did). I didn't even feel guilty. Because I know that for 5 weeks I have been eating good. But now I have to pay, my partner (my husband), Ron has told me it's double the pain at the gym tonight. Great!
Well I guess that's the price you pay for a little indulgence. But I must say by letting myself eat the dessert, I felt like I deserved it and I felt good about doing it.
