I feel so darn good about not dieting I am having a hard time getting back in the groove. I got so I felt guilty every time I ate something that wasn’t in my plan. It was very hard to stick to low carb during the pandemic. I gained! I tried a healthy well balanced plan and I still gained. I am now 15 lbs over my desired weight so it’s back to low carb🙁🙁

I hear you! Every time I experiment using a simple calories-managing approach I gain (or fail to lose). Lately I have to keep carbs quite low in order to lose weight. Insulin resistance is well-known to increase with age - I sure notice it! Welcome back! Once you're in the swing of it again you'll glad for how much better you feel eating low carb.
