You can do this for sure!!! Just stick to a clean diet and work in at least walking everyday. Soon you will get to the point to where you aren't even aware of your support network for motivation... you just do it because that is now your routine. Just stick with it, it only gets easier. especially when you start to see awesome results. If this is something you really want to do... DONT GIVE UP. Everyone is rooting for you!

Exactly! Clean food and exercise is key. "If it comes in a wrapper...toss it in the crapper!" Even when I stopped my weight loss program, I maintained for 3 yrs just by keeping the healthy changes of clean food, whole grains/high fiber, and cooking my food myself!
