BF bought an xbox 1 talk about becoming aware of your body composition. I do try to avoid looking but am slightly better as I will peek. All part of acceptance. Played with one of the 10 min workouts preloaded, just finished running. It was pretty cool. Anyone have an input or suggestions? I don't want to purchase any games as I have a treadmill, elliptical and gym membership. I use all regularly but like the idea of adding 10 min fat boasters and core workouts. Any input or should checkouts appreciated. Long two weeks in front of me 30 hours of overtime, most I plan to do from home.
