I have been sick since Wednesday with the flu. Really put a hitch in my diet fitness plan.

Today, I put in an Excel spreadsheet my successful weight loss journey from fall of 2012. This way I can easily see how I did day by day.

In 53 days, I lost 14.5 pounds. However, I only exercised aerobically 25 of those days. If I had exercised 6 out of 7 days, I would have lost another 2.5 pounds. Would also have been in better shape.
