I woke up this morning and took my son to school. After I dropped him off I went home and went back to sleep. Yay me! I'm glad I was able to to. I did skip breakfast (since I was sleeping) but I was tired. I'm happy I have physical therapy tomorrow. My back is killing me but the extra sleep helped. Hopefully the muscle relaxer will kick in and I can use the treadmill later. I haven't been exercising because of the back and I miss it! That car accident really screwed things up for me (including an extra 25lbs in weight gain since it) My nut milk bag should be here soon and I'll make my own coconut milk and flour later today. I'm not starting the prep until I have the new bag. I've done that before and wasted a bit of stuff since it didn't come on time. I know I could do it with almonds too but I love coconut.
*update* ran to publix to get some atkins meals for the freezer. They have them buy 1 get 1 this week. I bought one of each so I can try them all. The boxes also have a coupon on them so I'm going to cut out the coupons tonight and before the sale is over grab some more.
