I just had my second COVID vaccine, so am somewhat relieved. I’ve been really silly with food lately, as you can see by the weight gain. It’s effecting my health, as well. I feel rotten! As of yesterday, I’m trying to get back on the program. I’m glad a few of my old buddies are still around! Thanks! 😘
