Checking in! I’ve started intermittent fasting along with a light keto...still having a tiny treat about 1-2x a week and it has REALLY been a solid change! The intermittent fasting comes with some hunger spots that I fill with delicious diet lemonade haha. But I’m never giving it up, I don’t think. It’s so easy. Even going out to eat at night past “eating times” I’ve found myself so in control of food. I can kind of pick at something, enjoy the company and still lose weight/feel like all aces and look forward to really eating the meal as my big lunch the next day.
