16:8 fasting day two. Never been a fasting person. Timing my workouts later so I can then have my protein shake later in the day. Weird not working out at 7 am. Hoping to jump start my system into loosing weight again. Stuck stuck stuck.

Never fasted intentionally but I have dinner early so I suppose I fasted for 16 hours because my last meal is at 4pm and breakfast at 8am and just water in between which suites me fine but I wouldn’t eat later because your body needs to know when it will get fed otherwise it may store the fat
