Gotta love the outrageous change on the FS pie-chart caused by eating just 1/2 an avocado today. Good fats, I know, but still. Felt I deserved it after doing a brilliant high-intensity group circuit-training class last night. Very pleased with how well I kept up with everyone else, especially as there was just one other female there and they were all lads half our age. My reward today (apart from feeling pleasantly achey and nicely righteous) was the response to my comment about having fat thighs: "but you don't have fat thighs," said my colleague. "You're so slim." Yesssss. :-)

I love avocados but they are one of the foods I had to cut out from being so high calorie, even though good fats, like you said. I will be happy when I get to maintenance and add them back as my normal breakfast. Way to go on keeping up =)

I eat whole ones now and then, in spurts when they go on sale for 29 cents. My fats go way up those weeks.
