Great now their putting me on prednison for my RA. Thats an ubber weight gaining medication. I cant win for losing. Im trying to stay positive and hopefully my body will allow me to work out next week. Have a great weekend.

Yes, please do try to stay positive. That is a powerful weapon!

Just remind yourself, if you weren't watching what you ate and working out, you still would have these health crises and have to be on prednisone. Think how much WORSE it would be then. I know it feels like a setback, but you will get past it.

Best of luck with feeling better. For me drinking lots of water helps with that prednisone weight gain. Am on it a couple times a year for poison ivy, hoping not this year.

Try to think of losing weight as getting healthy...that way you're not looking at the scale necessarily but at your overall well-being. Eating healthier is the goal, losing weight only a side-effect.
