Time to get real. Its been 369 days since I last stepped on the scale.

I did it this morning. Yes it wasn't pretty but it wasn't as bad as expected.

I never stopped exercising. I had to stop running after a hard face plant falling

over a root in the woods. 5 month later I finally asked for help and I have had

physio for the last 3 weeks......so fingers crossed. It will be a slow process

but I will stick with it. I do want to run again. One day!!!!!

Sorry about your injury, but bravo for you on starting PT. May you soon get back to running! And kudos for returning after more than a year away from the scales! I, too, had a very long period where I was off track, and I thank God that He brought me back to doing the things I needed to do to get the healthy body He desires for me.

Ouch - so sorry about the injury running but I know you will find a way, or an alternative...swimming?
