love your energy. positive energy is awesome to have. cleans out naturally without passing along negative toxins. you are a very beautiful person. stay the course, the harder it hurts the more energy is replaced. find time to take a relax day to let the body adjust. it's important because of cortisol raises and sends an army of defense to heal which causes information.
