Good Morning, FS Warriors! Up at 4:00 this morning. Decided to do my run/walk [i]before [/i]hooking up with Jillian. She wears me out before I even get on the treadmill. Sorry, Jillian, but right now, what you bring to the table is not as important as my run/walk routine. I think it is a good strategy. The run/walk went well, and I was not quite as fatigued. Of course, I slighted Jillian. Just knocked out 20 pushups and 20 crunches afterward and called it a day. Doing the shred and the run/walk is a little too much aerobics for my fitness level at this moment in time. I think that once I'm running 30 minutes at a time conistently, I can up my game a bit. In the meantime, I'll just do as much with Jillian as I can after my regular workout.

I'm pretty well back on track with my diet. I want to stay under 2000 calories, but the closer I can stay at 1500 the better. And I can do better. My work just contracted with a Health Coach type service that we can choose, or not choose, to participate with. I chose to participate. So, my first induction interview, the nurse is telling me that it is dangerous to drink grapefruit juice with the statin that I am taking to maintain my cholesterol levels and reduce heart risks. She says that grapefruit juice prevents the medicine from metabolizing in your body, so don't do it. Great! I've got like 10 gallons of grapefruit juice in the pantry. So, this morning I got out the Ninja blender and did the whey protein thing for breakfast.

Looks like the temps here will get back up in the 40's Monday. Yay! Another 10 pounds and I'll be pounding the pavement outside. Looking forward to getting out on the bicycle as well. I've got a lot of projects that have been on hold because of the weather. The more involved I am in projects, the less I eat. The less I eat, the more active I am in projects. :D Well, I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Toodles!

You never fail to impress! You may have avoided Jillian this morning but I still think she has quite a hold on you. Since you met here I haven't once heard about you sneaking into the convenience store for an apple fritter!

Not yet, Buffy, but I have certainly had the urge a time or two. It's those slices of pizza and the burgers in the case beside the kitchen that pose the biggest temptations for me though. There are just so many calories in them that, so far, the consequences have seemed to great.

That's one of the reason's we are looking forward to getting started on the renovation at the old home place soon...its just been too cold...and nasty...Keep up the good work..Your doing great...it feels good to feel good again right??...:O)
