It's really hard cutting down the portion sizes, that's always been my problem.. I eat healthy, but I also eat way to much and I have 2-3 beers every night. I'm still adjusting and still struggling, but it does get easier. Other days I think bugger it and order a pizza with extra cheese and have a 6 pack of heavies to wash it down 😂😂 But it's now become only a weekend thing with friends unless I'm having a really shitty day, but hey..Still better than making that a daily habit. I really love this ap, and I'm only just understanding how to use it properly, but I love seeing everyone else's journeys and everyone supporting each other. I have never stuck to a diet or enjoyed a diet, but i kind of do now and it's because Everyone treats each other like family here💕💕💕
