Well my scale magically appeared in the bathroom this morning, so I got on and to my surprise I lost 3lbs. I will take it! I haven't been going to the bathroom and my stomach hurt from that. I thought for sure I gained. I can not wait to say goodbye forever to the 200's!!! I am so stinkin close! Anyways the scale disappeared again so I will have to live without til next Friday. I must say, that was harder than sticking to a good eating plan.
