Good day yesterday-I bought a pair of PJ's a size smaller and they FIT!:) Carbs are good again today:) Today is weighin day at the gym. I only weigh in there once a week. I went off plan yesterday and ate some candy bars. the guilt was not worth it. The work out with Emma was intense and challenging but good. I was a few minutes late to class but they had my reformer set up for me. Today I will have pilates w/Theresa too. I went into the dry Sauna at LTF yesterday for the first time. My face, neck, and chest sweat by my arms did not. However I was only in the sauna for 10 minutes.
