Findings: Weight loss between first two readings was equally divided, roughly between fat and lean muscle mass (-5 lb lean muscle, - 6 lb fat). Weight loss between second two readings was mostly fat loss!!!! (-1 lb lean muscle, -5 lb fat) FTW!
