I just returned from my trip, and I was doing the six weight loss program.. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight.. still taking the herbalife products... so I have decided to go back to fast 5:2... my fast days will be tuesday and friday and I will also stop white potatoes, bread, and sugar... along with working out swimming and bike riding.. I just bought a new bike, winter is over mostly...
