It takes a lot of courage to post a backslide...a birthday came and went where I got off track, a breakup happened, and I have had some health troubles. For all of the eating and non-working out that has been happening. I choose to be grateful, though. Grateful that it’s only 4 lbs. grateful that some of this is probably water weight that’ll fall off easily. Grateful to have my community to help me continue on in the journey because I have my focus back. It’s small. But it is back and ready to grow.
