Easter Challenge Weigh In:
This morning - no change. However, I did lose a pound Wednesday so I am right on track for the challenge - one pound a week. I am Super Thrilled!
For those who joined the "Official" 12 lbs. by Easter Challenge, you can record your first weigh in next week. But I'd love to hear from you today. This way we can keep on encouraging each other.

-0.8, very close to target. I lost so much the week before (-4.6) that I knew this week would be harder, but that's ok. Congratulations everyone !!!!!

Buffy Bear, no need for glasses. It's 4 pounds. Last Sunday I had been stuck at the same weight for about 11 days due to lack of...let's just say prunes. Then overnight, two pounds gone, then another, then another. By the end of the week, 4 pounds. I'm back on track, now that prunes are a "regular" (sorry for the pun) part of my diet. LOL.

Mrsmole - 4 pounds is still 4 pounds, no matter how you extracted them!

Started last Monday @ 189.2.... today's WI is 185.6. I really don't know how I did it, but I'll sure take it. I stayed on lc so good yesterday.. It really works if you keep at it. Great job Buffy. I hope by next Mon I'll be in the yellow and can stay there.
