Many times we have the mentality that once we get to goal, we can eat what we want (and as much as we want) or we fall back into our old habits. It stinks, but I know that I will have to watch what I eat for the rest of my life (or never get off the yo yo diet train. So this time, I am going slowly, and really trying to change all my habits to make them stick for life. I sometimes think maintaining can be harder than the losing. So good luck, you can do it.
