Ladies - I’m due on in the next 5 days and I can really see the changes in my body. My weight has steadily been coming off and now it’s plateauing, I’m craving more and generally hungrier. This happened to me last time and I got very frustrated as my weight gained or didn’t move. Now I’m more in touch with myself I know not to stress and let me body do it’s thing for the next week as stress only adds to weight gain. If you’re feeling this I just want to let you know it’s normal, stay strong and you’ll see a bigger weight loss after your water weight comes off. 💪🏽
