Into my second day of eating healthy. I'm actually feeling pretty good. My calorie intake has been cut by more than half. Thinking I was eating healthy. Not! I guess I'm really surprised on how food just adds up. And I "used to" consume a bottle of wine, each and every day. I guess it's all about choices. Do I want wine, or do I want to feel better and get this weight off. With over 150 lbs to lose. I can do this...I need to do this. I'm feeling sluggish all the time. I need to get my life back. I will carry on with a positive outlook.

feeling better is what motivates me as well as being on here... I don't like how yuckie I feel when I am not making good choices in food... I love food, what I have to do is learn how to make healthy food choices that satisfy my desire for sweet, and eating right actually does that for me. It is a challenge but it is a daily challenge and a daily choice,,, I am with you!!! we need support to do this, we can not do it alone.
