Another 1/2 lb down, what the ??? That's cool, I guess the meal prepping I did on Sunday is really paying off! Guess I'll do it again this weekend (even though my hubby isn't eating ANY of it, Grrr!!!). So, since it's so close to the end of the month, I decided to check my other stats & see how I'm doing.

WOW!!! Not only an inch off the waist, but 1.25" off the hips - WHAT??? That is cause for celebration (non-food, of course). Though I still have about 4 lbs to reach goal weight, and the body fat % needs to come WAAAAAYYY down. Love to take an inch off the thighs, but that's always been my tough spot. I may need to set a new goal weight to really accomplish the fat loss, BUT let me reach the current goal first. I think February is gonna be a GREAT month!
