I stress ate in the night and I’m paying for it now 🤢 Cold, 4 day old boneless chicken wings. Oh LORD why do I do that. Baby crying, better shovel the nasty food into my mouth. Makes. No. Sense. And that’s after eating tunafish pasta salad which was great, and a huge bowl of cereal. All I can think is that I was missing out on protein and maybe that was a factor. I have always struggled with nighttime eating but I’m really desperate to stop it now because it just increases my nausea tenfold when I get up in the morning. Any tips are appreciated
