I was inspired by Deehablo's post yesterday. He said "Keep Going".
I set a goal for myself to reach 220 lbs. I'm 62 years old and 6' -1". My goal takes me from the obese range on the weight charts to the overweight range. A normal weight for me would be around 190 lbs.
I've made good progress, but maybe I need to rethink where I want to be and keep going.
