Done with my cleanse, now to start on the "diet". To kick start my weight loss I'm going to do a protein diet for a week (very few carbs). After I that I will incorporate more healthy carbs and fats into my diet. The goal is to lose 5lbs fast (motivation) and then continue to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week until I meet my weight goal. Let's see if I can be there by summer :)
Small Challenge (I know weight loss isn't a race, some people lose slower than others and that is okay, but I want to challenge myself a bit...keeps me on track :)
Hope to be 185 lbs by Feb 28, 2011.
