forgot to change last week...but it was the same. I gain like 4 lbs over the holidays but I dont think thats too bad concidering all the cookies and treats i had and lets not forget the baileys , rum and eggnogj.
Anyho...followed a good diet this week but didnt workout too much since i hurt my foot walking on monday....back to the grapevine next week and time to push my butt!
