Yesterday was a bit of a challenge. My dad was having some angina and I took him to the clinic in our little town and they had to take him by ambulance to a city 2 hours away!
Everything I have done in the last two years with regards to my weight loss has been because of my aging parents. Now that my mom passed away, I felt that my positive cheerleader, my influence was gone. However, I now see in my father that I can push myself every time I go to the gym because he now gives me the inspiration to be and do my very best at all times.
