The weight yesterday wasn't a fluke. This is my official, weekly, weigh-in day. I am truly, squarely in the 220s . . . 228.2. I couldn't be happier. Somehow, passing each decade makes the goal seem so much more attainable. If you had asked me in the beginning, I would have told you I couldn't do this. I'm handicapped, so, at this weight, I can't really exercise yet. I won't do any of the things I consider dangerous . . . pills, surgery, chemical products. Except for my pregnancies, when I lost vast amounts of weight (50 lbs with my last child when I was 28), and during extreme stress (I lost 70 lbs when my husband left in 1989,) I have been huge for most of my adult life. I'm losing this like so many of my buddies on here are, buddy support, healthy food, healthy portions and using the tools on this site. It's absolutely amazing. I want to thank you all for your support, your encouragement and the many hugs along the way. You've all been a Godsend.
