Well it's the start of a new year and a new me. I have been slacking on my eating habits. I was tempted to start a new diet,but when I read about it,I didn't think it was a good idea. You have 500 calories per day and take supplements. My sister and I joined a plan like that 6 yrs ago and yes I did lose inches and 20# and felt great, I started losing hair and my lab results were not that good. My doctor said it could have been for the low calories or that I was on it for too long. Unfortunately I did gain weight back,but now I know what I should eat and don't have to take pills to keep me full. My husband and I will start our healthy way of eating on Monday January 4th. He has 15# to lose and I have 30 so it should be pretty even since he has less body fat then I do. I'm looking forward to the new US.
