Woke up more stiff and sore then normal thanks to PT yesterday. It has been about 6 months since I did a good workout. I may be hurting, but I know it will be good for my back(and weight) in the long run. I just spent an hr. playing Wii sports - golf, bowling, and tennis and burned 363 calories. Fun and good for me. Gotta love it LOL. For anyone who wants a breakdown here it is: (based on 270 lbs) Golf - 30 mins = 156 Bowling 15 mins = 85 Tennis 15 mins = 122
and if you have kids it is a good way to have fun with them and still be getting a workout.
