Yep! 45 minutes of cardio, baby! Elliptical and spinning bike. I have an appointment today and I am so very stressed. My boss is making my life miserable because she is unreasonable. Too much to do and she does not care and keeps adding more and more and more for me to do. Please pray for my little girl and that she is ok and the stress that I am under.

Has your boss ever been pregnant? Yay on getting in your exercise and I will definitely be praying for you two. I completely understand that feeling too. But I don't have to maintain doing all the work at church. It is a volunteer thing and so that is why I decided I am not going to deal with it. I don't like how it stresses me out and then i get upset with my husband and kids easier because I feel overwhelmed. Not worth it!
