Man...I really fell off the wagon this weekend.
I was fine until Saturday...my day was so busy and then, I went out for drinks with a friend. I would’ve stayed in the calorie count but I came home starving and ate a bunch of late night snacks. And Sunday, some stressful events happened with Monday work deadlines and I just ate whatever I could find. 😅. And today is a little of a struggle because my lack of time to prepare food.
Ugh...I’ve always really struggled with work/life balance. I hope I can be mindful of this weekend and be better in the future.
Y’all have any tips for these sorts of pitfalls? Thanks! ❤️

I always struggled with that too! When you're exhausted and hungry you just don't care and will grab anything easy. Not sure I have an answer because I sucked at work life balance!!! But maybe pre-plan meals? or have healthy handy quick prep things you can throw in the microwave? I find whenever I drink I get the munchies and my judgement is out the window. You might want to plan for some snacks in your cal budget for that too like popcorn or something with protein that will help you feel more satisfied.
