I ate absolutely horrible this weekend but was determined to start dieting today. I went grocery shopping last night and I bought a ton of stuff that should last me through the next few weeks. Last night as a fairwell to some of the things I love I made wings and pizza it was delicious but I could see it on the scale today. I will be weighing in tomorrow as I have been. We usually do a biggest loser here at work and I hope to do it again this year and I am also determined to win since I have a decent amount to lose this year. I've already set a date with my girlfriend to hit the gym the next two days and I'm also determined to keep up the gym while I'm in school. I start in just two weeks! but for my first term I only have one class so it shouldn't be too hard to keep on track it might get a little tricky when I start taking two classes a term. I know that most people will be like me and restart their diet today so good luck to all of us!!!
