Wow... Only on my first day, and I’m not starving! I didn’t use the exact meal plans but am definitely staying in the ballpark of what they suggest/not going over on calories
I’m so happy because I really think there’s been something I’ve been missing my whole life for maintaining my weight at 30lbs overweight to be a struggle and the 40lbs overweight mark to be comfortable in terms of eating/hunger
