Holding steady and feeling good. I don't want to rush this- losing weight- because I want to do it right. It takes the mind a lot longer to learn new patterns than it takes the body. I need to gradually shed pounds. I know I may gain a few in the next weeks; progress isn't often linear. However, I know I AM making progress.
>< I made this really awesome pot pie from scratch, but it's such a pain in the butt to calculate nutrition info. It doesn't help that I used a modified recipe for both the crust and the filling, and I made several at once, so I just made an estimated guess.
