Wow!! I achieved my weight loss goal about a month ago...I stopped logging calories once I got the hang of eating under my recommended calories. It seems like following a combination of Keto & intermittent fasting M-F then allowing carbs and goodies on the weekends is working. I enjoy and look forward to those allowances so much and am really enjoying following Heather Robertson for weight lifting and Adrienne for yoga on you tube. Plus I am down to a 28:30 5k time and am so happy and proud of myself!!!
