4 kg in 3 weeks. Happy with that. Low carbs seem sustainable at around 40 per day. Steak, mushroom stir fry and a bottle of red last night and I am still trending down and staying under the recommended 50. According to the strips I haven’t achieved ketosis but I certainly feel better. Chia seeds are my hero. 😄
