After a month or so of not really focusing but maintaining the exercise, I was hovering around the 215-217 mark and was annoyed that I had let it slip. On Monday I decided enough was enough and that I really wanted to get below 15st before the end of lockdown. 2.2lbs to get there! Happy Weekend FS friends x
