So you think you can dance.....key word "think".

I woke up and did Denise Austins Cardio Dance with Pilates mix. I was proud of myself for doing it. I could only do 15 mins of dance but I finished the 10 mins pilates with weights. I only have 5lb weight x2 so did 10lbs and I think they were using 2lb weight 4 lbs total. That was hard. The dance part was so funny. I mean I tried I really did, but she would do a step pivot step turn when I was still on the step together step together part. Instead of getting frustrated I imaged looking at myself and what I must look like doing this then I started laughing but it got me through more time. I have decided life isn't about perfection and either is exercise, lol.

I also did 10 mins on the gazelle. I love the gazelle, but my husband hates it. I want to go do the treadmill next. I love to exercise but with 4 kids and homeschooling I don't always get the chance. I am slowly learning to take more time for me.

I am one pound away from reaching my first real goal and getting a haircut. I have noticed that with all the busy things going on in life the last few days I couldnt eat dinner until 10pm or later. Even though they were healthy low fat low carb dinners I still gained weight. I am going to be more aware of that and maybe push things that I don't really have to do until maybe one day a week. I am very excited about my first goal, mainly because I get a haircut, lol. When I reach that I will have to find another small goal. I know when I lose 20 more pounds my big reward will be a tattoo. I will have lost over 50lbs by then and that is my big goal prize my tattoos!! YAY!!
