today i missed a workout session...i feel like crap. i ate a bunch at snack time, and at dinner. i mean, i guess its okay to miss one day, since ive done DDR for 30-45 minutes the past 3 days in a row, so ill just get back to it tomorrow. or maybe i will go to the gym with my mom...anyway...mid terms are in 2 weeks...not real stressed. ive been eatin a lot[in my opinion] for the past couple of days. today i had 2 apples! one at snack and one at dinner. i took in maybe 240 cals at snack and 400 at dinner. if i didnt im amazed!
