Clearly I should eat less or workout more or something . I workout hard each day and eat much lower than my RDI.......this is not helping my goal. I did well for awhile.....

Try concentrating on limiting the number of Carb grams you take in each day--my goal is 100 grams of carbs a day. Be sure to include plenty of healthy natural fat in your diet as well.

Don't eat under your rdi just make sure your eating healthy foods and taking care of your body and the baby. I have no idea how many calories I eat a day right now. Maybe I should track for a while so I can see what I got going on. I just try to eat small healthy meals.
