Well, I made it through the holidays without gaining weight, but I hadn't done a workout (until last night) for a little over two weeks. Very bad. So tonight - back to the weights and back to the bike. I also need to do at least two loads of laundry, and a pot of veggie chili for the week. Oh, and a pot of brown rice. This is going to be a late night... ah well!
