So disappointed, I've gained 600g this week - 74kg. Aaaargh! Any slight deviation from dieting and I pack on the weight. Not happy. 😢 Have had an upset stomach, this morning - down to 73.3kg. Turns out I DID lose weight, this week, after all, albeit only 100g. lol. Must get back to eating properly, with less snacking, to reach my goal.
