So since yesterday’s breakfast I have been binge eating candy and well anything else I crave which all happens to be sugary things. When this happens I get physically sick so rn I’m trying to help balance my body out! I hope you all are doing well! 😘

You just need to readjust..I know easier said than done..You can do this though.💜

It is a better choice by far but processed cheese and meat have a lot of salt, and I know the scales go crazy when I eat Chinese food as a monthly treat. The water retention is awful, not to mention it is no good for my high blood pressure.

I haven’t been exactly binge eating sweets, but I’ve been eating too much and not exactly well, and I know what you mean. I gained three pounds back in less than a month, and now I’m getting back on track. It’s not an easy time of year, so don’t be too hard on yourself. 😃❤️😃❤️😃❤️😃❤️ You can do this!

just look at the variety, wow. my favorites are the cheddar and pomegranate. yesterday somebody brought a hug basket of candy to work, and I had my 2 apples and a banana there as an alternative. :) Good luck Eillieb, you got this girl!
