I am pleased with my current weigh-ins and self-control. I can't wait to find out if I am having a boy or girl on December 13th! I had a great workout last night, but my tendonitis in my knee is hurting today. I have iced and hope to do my strength training this afternoon and fit in some cardio if I can. I have a night class tonight, though, and hope to fit it all in!
